Announcing the Forums
September 18th, 2007 | by Michael |I have been very pleased with the progress of this site since I started it a little over a month ago. Although it has been more work than I thought it would be, I have learned a great deal about Numbers, and I look forward to how this program will grow in the future.
That being said, I have not produced the quantity of templates that I would like. Like most of you I have a day job that consumes most of my day, and then I want to spend time with my family in the evening. This leaves very little time to work on this little hobby of mine. So, I have decided to start a group of forums here on Numbers Templates in order to provide a place that users can both find useful sheets, and share their own creations. In addition to the Templates forum, I have setup a Questions and Answers forum, to help out with those problems that have you stumped.
The forums will provide an advantage over a submissions site, in that creators can post new versions as they make improvements, and end users can provide feedback and feature requests.
Sound good? I hope so! I have put a lot of work into this project, so I hope it works out well for the Numbers community.
Since the forums are launching today, I have one member (me), and virtually zero content. I need YOU to help make this a success. If you have something cool / useful to share, please sign up for the forums and post. Your contribution will be appreciated by the entire Numbers community.
The forums can be accessed from the link in the header of this page, or directly at http://www.numberstemplates.com/forums

I appreciate the hard work you are putting into this site. Great work, and I hope more people take the time to upload their templates.
Thanks again… and happy Numbers crunching!

Thanks! The forums are working out great so far. I hope to be able to post some of the cool ideas folks have already shared over the next couple of days.
