This Template looks great, but could you post it elsewhere for downloading (not possible here)

The individual student graph on the last page of this template is very good to print off and give to parents during interviews. This is particularly so if you don’t speak their first language, the graphic presentation is usually very ‘powerful’.
If anyone can tell me how to re-alphabetise a drop-down menu’s list of names I’d greatly appreciate it.

Is there any way to make the top axis display obliquely in numbers or excel to save space like: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-monitor/2.0/en/images/heat-chart.png

Thank you!

Michael,

Yes, you can do something similar, but you can’t rotate in-cell text (like you can in Excel). You need to use a text box, then rotate it under the Metrics Inspector. This is the 8th option from the left in the inspector window. I hope that helped.

Also, if you have any further Numbers questions, please check out our new sister site AppleInquiry.com.

Thanks,

- Michael
