COUNT


Description

The COUNT function counts the number of arguments and referenced cells that contain numbers, numeric expressions, or dates.

Syntax

COUNT(value, [value, . . .])

  • value: One or more numbers.

Note: To count any cell that contains any type of value (that is, any cell that is not empty), use the COUNTA function.
